Q?

Our approach for creating a brand new web application from scratch.

A.

It gives us an opportunity to create & define the finest user experience. For any UX project, defining a right vision and direction to kick off project is the primary key to success. UsabilitySpeaks follow many UX Discovery methodologies like stakeholder interview, personas, competition evaluation, contextual enquiry etc. to ensure that UX team has enough arms and ammunitions to take projects to new height of success. We have witnessed multiple situations where delivered solution was very different from what client expected it to be. After UX Discovery, our US team get into the process of creating paper prototype, Information Architecture, Click-through Prototype and then visual design. UCD is an iterative process under which we verify the outcome with our intended users and implement feedback we receive or observe.
